I pray this finds all in your household healthy. In this time of uncertainty we are making some changes. Given the advice of this administration and my own personal physician we are limiting personal, face to face appointments. We have had technology available for some time that has not been used. We will now take advantage of the following:
- We have Skype, Face Time and Messenger video for face to face meetings.
- There is a client portal, through our tax program for you to upload documents in a secure way. If you contact our office, we can send you the link.
- You may fax, to (321) 848-0570.
- You can scan then email documents to Diana@DianaCraigLLC.com
and request a delivery receipt.
I have also installed a box on the exterior office wall that contains large envelopes so you can put your paperwork inside and then drop it through the mail slot in the door. We will collect it, confirm receipt of your information via phone, email or text. Please include all your contact information and your preference of how we contact you.
I have Adobe Pro for emailing documents for you to sign electronically.
The office phone is connected to my cell phone through one talk, so we will not miss any phone calls.
